He was saying that now white people know why the black community is upset when you have good ol' boy network like the Dallas Cowboys are with Jerry Jones for keeping Jason Garrett as the head coach because he is his "boy". He also said white people should be upset at good ol' boy network because they have plenty of deserving white candidates that can't get head coaching jobs either in the NFL.

Coaching has always been a good old boy network. Probably shall always be to some degree regardless of race.
Unlike on the field/ court play.
