Making A Murder O-T Lounge Thread

Avery is guilty and no one wants to admit it.
Facts sometimes suck.
This also applies to the the people who think Adnan Syed is innocent.
You sometimes have to learn to deal with it. Sure law enforcement went about it the wrong way but the right verdict was reached. Obviously that is a loaded statement, especially with him serving time for being falsely accused of rape but it is what it is.

Lot of words you put out. A backing to these words? See, I do not.

Link is not working, and has the "evidence" in that link been proven to be 100% certain and without any tampering or questionable in how it was found?
All pieces of evidence in this case were questioned and found to have inconsistent origins as to how they were found and who found them. I expect that if there was evidence without the typical Manitowoc Sheriff's office paw prints on it, then it would have been a strong piece of evidence, and featured in the case. Alas, there was not.

I'm posting about the case, not the documentary. That's why I linked info NOT included in the documentary.
Info that points at Avery.
The difference is I read up on info. You fell prey to the social movement of the moment.
I bet you donated to the addict who started #Kony2012. Take a lap. Actually, take a lap around the Avery junkyard.

At age 18, Avery pleaded guilty to burglary of a bar and was sentenced to 10 months in prison. When he was 20, Avery and another man pleaded guilty to animal cruelty after pouring gasoline and oil on Avery's cat and throwing it, alive, into a fire; Avery was sentenced to prison again for that crime. In 1985, Avery was charged with assaulting his cousin, the wife of a part-time Manitowoc County sheriff's deputy, possessing a firearm as a felon.
I'm no saint but this guy is a grade a piece of shite. It doesn't excuse the DA's office or the SD for cutting corners but he is exactly where he needs to be and he will be there the rest of his life. frick him.

I don't see how anyone could be even near 100% sure that he is guilty or innocent. In general I find people overestimate their ability to handle uncertainty.

No, the burden of proof is on the prosecution. All of the evidence they provided has been proven to be tainted in one form or another. You are viewing the verdict subjectively; one of the cornerstones of our criminal justice system is the state having to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the person convicted of the crime is indeed guilty. If you don't see reasonable doubt in any of those two cases you are a complete buffoon.
Did OJ kill his wife? He's admitted as much. But did the State prove he was guilty? Hell no. The evidence proving he was guilty was as much a shite show as this case. OJ deserved to walk, so does this man. And FYI, I do believe Avery killed the woman. But the testimony of his cousin was beyond coerced to the point of comedy (if the situation wasn't serious). That was the chief piece of evidence in the conviction of Avery.

WTF are you talking about? You didn't link or explain shite in your OP and your title is awful.
I don't know about the case, haven't seen the documentary, and thoroughly lampooned Kony idiots.
The facts here are this:
1.You obviously don't know how to make a proper thread.
2.You make an informative title that draws readers in and explains the thread.
3.You fill your first post with relevant pics, links, and text that explain what you are talking about and bring your readers some information.
4. Go frick your slack jawed sister-wife some more in your single-wide and leave the threads to people whose family trees fork.
God damn gumps.
