When will you mf'ers get it through yalls thick skull. Alabama just "reloads", like they say on ESPN. No other team does that. The only way we have a >50% chance of winning next year is if saban leaves to go to Indy.
Saban owns miles, and we straight up won't be able to beat bama with miles and/or fournette at LSU. Miles/Cameron are going to run Fournette on the toss dive into the teeth of Alabama defense every year.
You can't play bama like that, the only teams that have beaten bama have mobile QBs that run the spread, Les could do that with Brandon Harris but he chooses not to because unless Brandon learns to throw the dump/short passes, we will have to run a triple option Navy offense to be competitive because he has shown no ability to throw screens etc, until the other night. But then his intermediate passing game was hot garbage.
We need Harris to get his passing game in all dimensions perfect before we have a chance at beating bama.
Nothing wrong about being positive after a bowl game. Bama does reload. And those who thought Bama was going to drop this year were never paying attention. The heart of that team are Jrs and Srs who come from the two of the most talented recruiting classes of all time (outside of 2008) in 2011-2012. With the type of talent they surround the QB position with, its not as hard as any other team to replace what was lost. Especially when the first year QB is a SR.
Let's see how it plays out? Since 2008 the three losses at home had different players involved and different coordinators. Just keep in mind there will be no 3rd and Chavis this time around and no Malleveto or Crowton. There will be a different DC and a more experienced BH. Maybe Brandon saw the light as far as throwing screens? Then perhaps the next progression is the intermediate passing game?. Just let it play out before saying one coach owns the other indefinitely and that one team is doomed before the off season has barely begun.

Alabama will beat LSU again
Whether or not this brings back the Miles discussions depends on how LSU does up to that game

Everything you said is true, but on the Negative, Miles is back also.

Bama will lose loads off of their defensive front seven. Expect them to be towards the top on the SEC still but not the brick wall they were this year. On offense, they'll lose Coker. People say "yea yea…they develop their QBs" and this is true; however, they've been able to do that because they could lean on the experience in their back field for the running game. For the first time since Saban's been there, they won't have a proven experienced stud RB ready to rollout. Does Bama have star recruits ready to fill RB? Yes. Will that RB be good enough to bring a QB along slowly? who knows?

IF Saban is on their sideline and Miles is on ours I take the Saban and under for Tide to win.

How did Saban beat Saban at Bama three times?
The key was QB, except in 2011.

I worked last night I guess I missed the news. Les retired?

OP, is you're prediction is based on an untimely death of a coach or two?

I agree, LSU at home, JR QB...
BAma will have a younger QB for the first time in years

I'll believe it when I see it......yeah.....they are losing some players......EVERYBODY loses some players......but, Bama is Bama........they will re-load.....as they usually do......
But they're not just losing some players
They actually lose a lot next year. A couple of obvious juniors will declare early and they have a ton of seniors on the roster. They lose almost their entire front 7 which is the strongest unit on the team and loaded with first and second round picks.
Will they be talented next year? Of course. But there is no way that their defensive front 7 will be better than it is this year.

They actually lose 6 of 7 from that front seven. Those six will all be drafted and play on Sunday's. The lone guy coming back is a true freshman, who will be a first round pick after his junior year. Yes they do reload, but this front seven was the best I've ever seen in FBS history. They can flat out play. We always play them tough at home, so next year could be the year. A lot depends on Cam and Harris and I guess of course Miles. Can't call plays with that scared deer in the headlights look he had in T-Town ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)

It might very well be the best in history
It took 5 turnovers, a pretty talented Ole Miss offense, and a fluke play to beat this team.

If LSU played Bama early in the year I might would agree. But here's the problem, Bama gets better and better every week as the year goes on. LSU is no better in the last game than they were the first game. And since 2012 they actually regress.
Marked week to week improbement of the players and team is the difference between the two programs and why LSU flops and Bama wins championships.
And being as though we play them late in the season I would disagree.

In 2014 they got better as the year went on
We got trucked by MSU and AU early in the year and other than the Arkansas game we were better the second half, especially on defense

As long as Saban is the coach at Alabama and Miles is the coach at LSU, we will never beat Alabama again. Just accept it, makes your life a lot easier. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Icongeauxtigers.png)

This would make sense if Miles never beat Saban
It really has much less to do with coaching than some of you like to think. This year they were just physically superior.

They lose Coker. Lose Henry. Lose some of their D line. Play them at home. We have a returning starting QB. Returning GOAT RB. Guice will make the same leap Fournette made form FR to SO year..scary! Dupree, Dural, Johnson will be back.
They still have Saban, we still have Miles. Bama will win.

Uhmmm, now that I know LSU winning is simply a matter of me choosing it, I choose that they never lose again.
Thanks for pointing out how simple it is. Idiot.
