What to do with wild boar and 2 piglets?

I killed 2 young hogs and about 150 lb boar this weekend. Any suggestions on what to do with the boar. It didn't stink at all so I think the meat will be okay. Does anyone have experience determining if boar meat is good. I don't really want to mix it with sausage because if it is bad it'll routine my deer meat also.

If it passed the smell test you should be good to go, but you can always cook up a piece and taste it

I don't know much about hog hunting but I hear people say gut it as soon as you kill it. Otherwise I'm useless in this thread

Piglets may be the better tasting ones

Cut a chucnk out the hind quarter and season it and cook it in a skillet. If it taste like shite feed it to the buzzards.

soak boar in ice water some salt and vinegar - change out every day for 3-4 days meat will be fine- exact receipe is on www.texashogs.com, if I remember correctly same with little ones just split down middle and grill/smoke will be great
