6'0 238lbs and plays MLB. If Divinity wants to play with him i say we offer. His film is legit, hes athletic and has size. Not to mention we're short on linebackers. If he has an offer from Arkansas he's good enough for us.

Watched him play Mandeville and I was very impressed. He reminds me of Devin White at LB. Needs an offer.

This tweet from Divinity in September looks more interesting now.

If divinity wants him and he is halfway decent offer him. I'm usually on the side of if these kids aren't 100% LSU, let them go. However because of how badly we need LBs, how good divinity is and this kid is not bad at all, this is the exception.

I'm cool with that considering he is also a LB, which we need, and he has good film either way.

Hell, we pretty much did the same thing with Lanard Fournette, just not in the same year's class. He is a talented kid, but certainly didn't measure up to the rest of the RBs and WRs we took last year. Drama aside, it would be worth it to help shore up a position of greater need.

I'm not saying we cater to every whim, but - even if he doesn't turn out to be an every down LB - my goodness we need ST players too and effort and work ethic are key there.

Hell, if that's what it takes to keep Divinity - maybe this is worth it.

Holy shite, he threw a TD pass.

He has nose for the football, for sure.

Earlier Wednesay or maybe Tuesday somebody in the final predictions thread was talking up Harris and saying they think he gets a late offer. Even went on to say Harris looked more impressive at times than Divinity. Funny turn of events here...

ETA: It was in the Start of Dead Period thread actually. LINK

I have seen Egret play a number of times this year and knowing out need for linebackers I can't believe we haven't even offered this kid. This is Lindsay Scott stupid. I have also heard that he is dying for an LSU offer. I promise you this, he will be one of those guys we wish we had offered in the future if he sticks at Arkansas.

He never comes off the field at ehret. Even fields punts and kicks off.

If they really wanted to play together, why is Harris committed to Arky and Divinity choosing between LSU/A&M?

Because you take what you have and you can work backwards from there.
