At some point you idiots need to realize, farmers DO NOT set the prices!!! You want to get pissy with some one over prices, call Troy Landry

They act like this is something new. We have had boiled crawfish in Lafayette for almost a month.

It's so hot now, they are all crawling out. Then a cold front will come and they won't be able to crawl back in, so they will all die and prices will skyrocket.

Crawfish prices are like taxes, once they go up they're up. There's also much more of demand for it outside of Lousiana now and those people are used to the high prices and just assume that's the going rate.
