Who would those be? Someone who doesn't agree with your stance that everything is fine and that changes don't need to be made? That the offense works against opponents built to stop the power run? That not competing against half of the SEC west teams (and they didn't, they were beaten soundly) is ok?
I hope Miles can make some changes, the QB progression from soph. to junior year leaps for Harris, and that LSU is in every game this upcoming year. Just because a majority of the so-called "those people" would hope for an offense that allows LSU the chance to win against their toughest opponents isn't wanting a madden offense.
But, you've already shown that you're dense, obtuse, and an arse, so you probably can't tell the difference.

Ok, this is the last thing I have to say to the Madden jockeys about LSU football. None of you have any inkling how close games can be decided simply by a slip or a funny bounce. Sometimes that slip, or bounce is the difference between gaining a foot and not gaining a foot.
In real football things can happen that cost a team a game and it doesn't have to do with coaching. Three of the last five games that you all love to scream about against Alabama LSU could have won simply by the breaks of the game. That's something that you can't include in a Madden football games. you can't blame the coach you can't blame the players unless of course the entire offensive line decides not to show up as it happened in the BCS title game back in 2012. In real football teams go through ebbs and flows. Sometimes you're at the top of the competition sometimes you're on the middle and sometimes you're on the bottom. What y'all don't seem to get is that LSU has been far from the bottom for a very long time, so unless you have lined up and played don't make judgments on coaches that have forgotten more about football than you will ever know or learn sitting behind a Playstation and that's all I have to say. End of discussion.

Ok. That's cool. Your reading comprehension skills don't allow you to respond with something that actually applies to what I posted. Never brought up the past five Bama games; I know 3 out 5 games were winnable. I brought up the games this season, which were not winnable, let alone competitive.
So stay with your narrow minded, ignorant thought process. I've already compared you to another poster who was clueless and had no rational arguing skills.

What type of offense is that? Before the season started, it was Auburn and Texas A&M... I don't see anybody advocating for a change to those systems now.
What we need is the QB progression from soph. to junior year leaps for Harris, and we need good, physical play from our offensive line. One of our biggest problems this year was having to plug Teuhema and Clapp in on the offensive line and having to shuffle our personnel around when Hawkins went down to injury.
What we need are good, experienced linemen and good, experienced quarterbacks. Without those two things, it doesn't matter what type of changes we make on offense.

Not what I said at all. Most who are critical just want the QB to play decent, maybe actually win some big games instead of in spite of, a little more discipline and less confusion, and be competitive, which they weren't against their toughest opponents.
I know that's your thing though... You like to move the goalposts and say something stupid like "which offense is that? The A&M offense? Blah, blah, blah"
Just as bad as the stupid negatigers who wanted to lose so Miles would leave.

These are all things that come with individual growth and familiarity with an offensive system. Switching offensive identities isn't going to make things less confusing for the players.

None of this matters. What matters is the product you put on the field. Bama, Ark., Ole Miss, Miss St. and Auburn all have to play a QB each year.
We have struggled to put a QB on the field who can run the offense with any rhythm--except Mett. I don't care how you get it done but you HAVE to have the most important position on offense play at an acceptable level. We have not.
We struggle to match up personnel with the offense we are trying to run.

Again, didn't say a thing about changing philosophies. Calling for better efficiency within this system isn't a huge hurdle that can't be surmounted.
Why do you have such a problem with anyone asking for more efficient play? You go to the extreme and try to make them sound like they want radical changes.

You haven't really been specific regarding any of the changes that you're calling for. Better efficiency within this system really is as simple as player development.
Our quarterback, top two running backs, one of our top two wideouts, and two starting linemen were sophomores or younger this year. People, not you specifically, need to just let the proper development take its course instead of demanding that every quarterback we recruit should be Jameis Winston or Deshaun Watson.
