bullshite. Harris going 6 for 19 and our defense getting gashed is why we lost to bama.

My point is, his REFUSAL to throw the ball or spread the field some let opposing defenses stack the box and focus on Fournette and it cost the kid the Heisman.

his (Miles) REFUSAL to Give Harris easier reads and strong attacking routes to run for his WR's .. & give the LB's something to think about instead of just ATTACK the RB ...

Yes he certainly shares some of the blame .. throw in QB development has to account for the lack of ...

We threw the ball over 100 times in the 3 games we lost. 51 times in one game. Alabama did not stack the box. They beat us with their front 7. fricking actually watch the games and quit regurgitating talking points seen on the rant.

Exactly.

It's also funny how posters on here say we never tried to run outside against bama when ,in fact, almost all of our 2nd half run plays were to the outside.

Without any doubt. Miles is also the reason that the levees failed in Katrina, the earthquake in Nepal, flooding in South Carolina, drought in California, volcano eruption in Chile, and the fact that you are unemployed and still live with your mom.

Yes, but I differ in your analysis. Miles did not refuse to throw the ball. He and his staff did not develop the basic passing game throws like screens, slants, and flats to aid the offense early in the season so he could use it when the box was stacked. Hell Bama did not even have to stack the box because they knew LSU could not run a possession type passing game. This turned out to be the fatal blunder of the year.

If LF was going to win the Heisman and LSU had the same three losses many of the fans who wanted to fire him would have given him a pass...

Actually Bama stacked the line until they had a firm lead. Then, it had no reason to stack the line, using more players in coverage to keep the passing game out of the game.

QB could not execute the passes. Want to call QB development, then I will agree. Saying Miles cost a kid a trophy is just bulls($.

We don't even try. Run or play action deep, you have to develop a comfortable offense and he has not done that in years. You can't run 50 times a game and expect a guy to go out slinging it like colt Brennon or Bradford and shite. Commit the damn off-season to developing a fricking functional offense, you know what you have in the run game already.

They need to open it up, getting timing down with RB screens, WR screens getting the o line out quicker. read option, read option passes, read option with Guice and Fournette in the backfield together, utilize the tight end, and working on timing routes and going through progressions, getting Dupree and Tryon action and getting them to produce. Make your QB comfortable he loves the run it would be way more dangerous if your offense used every inch of the field to stretch the D.

Of course they will probably do none of this. I-form up the middle

It wasn't for LF's sake. Miles was going to continue to try to pound the ball just like he has for his whole coaching career and just like he will in the future.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Harris' inability to make simple short throws and our oline getting pushed back 2 yards behind the los on every play is why we lost to bama.
You repeatedly saying it isn't doesn't make it true
