Where do the Falcons go from here with the quarterback situation?

Ryan is having a disappointing year but the redzone play calling has been garbage all season.

frick no Ryan isn't the guy. A veteran quarterback doesn't throw ill-advised picks every week that cost his team the game. He's fricking garbage.
I hope the Falcons take the rest of the year just to get the highest draft pick possible, AND THEN tank all of next year for a #1 quarterback. Just start from complete scratch. Seems to be working out okay for the Bucs and Panthers.

Ryan's been terrible, but Kyle Shanahan has been equally as bad or worse. If I were a Falcons fan, I'd want to get rid of Shanahan before benching our potential franchise QB.

Where are they going to get a QB to replace him? Lots of teams in the league would take him in a heartbeat. But if they want to rebuild for sure and start from scratch then they definitely need to get rid of him.

Probably.
He's been terrible this year, but he probably shouldn't be on their list of top priorities to address.

He's having a bad season. It happens, Roethlisberger had one, Brady had one, Rivers has had one. Fans are so short sighted, we need to can Shannahan and get a competent coordinator. We also need to find a decent 2nd WR in the offseason

He's a good QB. Julio Jones is his only receiving option that would start on most NFL teams.
