I admit it was shitshow. I'm just saying maybe they thought that keeping Miles was a better move than paying Jimbo nearly 7 mill/year. If that's the cAse than I agree. He's not worth that much.

Saban was not worth making the 4th highest paid coach in cfb based on what he did at Mich St.

Possible, but the 90's were worse.

A lot of people thought the same. I remember Dennis Dodd posting an article, asking "Is this the Best LSU Can do?"

I've been at LSU when they had budget cuts. During my B.S. Undergrad, as well as, post. I've see what they do to allot of the math and science programs.

I'm a die hard LSU Football fan. I love Saturday nights in the fall. Effin Alexander played a political move because he understands that without a school; there is no LSU Football.

Quite frankly, I'd rather my son know the X's and O's of math then of football.

But LSU Football stopped being my life long long ago.

Did you ever think of how many young men's lives Les Miles has touched over the years? Maybe he understands and knows there is something more important than LSU Football. It took me a while to get there; but so can you.

Relax. We've still got a bowl game to play.

If any kind of public money was involved with this, you would have a point.

How does this thread not get bumped, but a thread about a backup pitcher does?

It's over. The Posi-Tigers or Pusi-Tigers cheering for Miles helped to create this controversy. If we had all been together on LSU doing the best thing for the program, this would been done with little drama.

Thanks Pusi-Tigers for leading us down this shitshow path

Jesus Christ! Is it physically impossible for you to say that maybe, just maybe, somebody at LSU farked up? Essentially Alexander just took a huge bite out of the hand that feeds. He basically said that the biggest money making part of LSU doesn't mean a damn thing to him.

Thank you!! This is literally what i got out of that interview. F King is an arse clown. I'm a student and even I believe this. I dont want my final two years here to be spent in the fall watching mediocre football
