IF Aleva knew this was coming with Les, how are we in a 15 Million buyout. Have they given him a raise every year and extended contract since the Arkansas extension?? I just don't understand why there isn't clauses in contracts to protect the schools as to # of wins in conference, conference championships expected in a 3-5 year span. Recruiting expectations and many other things these guys don't need to get PAID MILLIONS to fail. Wish I had a job when I got fired I could be set for life financially. Even the players in NFL have a performance contract.......if they can't make the cut the going forward contract is VOID.
