I don't feel too bad for the man, he will be okay. He should have kept his fingerprints off the offense and he may have another championship or two.

Miles can and probably will get another top notch job with no problems.

I definitely don't feel bad for the guy lmao. He should not make us pay 15 mil to buy him out when he clearly wasn't performing to the level that the contract was intended for, what a selfish act by him.

I don't think is correct. I think most people in the business view him as a clown. I doubt he will ever be paid "top notch" money again.

Very very few get hired at top notch pay.

95% of CFB teams would love to have Les Miles. Only about 1% can afford to pay him what LSU does.

If I had a contractual agreement and my buyout was something like that I'd be fighting for that money, too. Should we give it to him? No, prolly not. But don't lie and say you wouldn't fight for every penny of that buyout.

We must agree to disagree on this. I don't see another top tier college program paying him anywhere near what he makes here.

we aren't even driven into the dirt.

LSU fans have a warped sense of bad and mediocre football.

I am willing to admit less isn't gonna get us over the top, but people act like he has us 6 feet under

He'll probably end up in the MAC, some lower-rung Big 10/12 school, or one of the directional schools in Florida. You will not see him at UGA, USCe, USCw, etc.

No one else will pay him what LSU does, but LSU likely will not pay their next coach what Miles makes.

Not many top tier programs are looking for coaches, and his age is working against him at this point.
