Why do football & basketball games only have one gate for students?

It takes about half an hour to get into tiger stadium because of the huge line, but people are walking in with not wait at the other gates. Can't they at least give students two gates?

We used to stand in line in the 80s and there were more seats back then and we didn't complain. Deaf Dome was full every game back then...

The worst are the ticket guys around the PMAC who throw a shitfit when you don't in the student section of a half full arena. The PMAC's attendance would have looked much worse last night if they segmented the students into one spot for a small game.

I totally understand conference play and big games change the dynamics, but until then just stfu

I don't think students had to 6 years ago, but I could be wrong. I remember walking into whatever damn gate I pleased. The workers were just happy someone was showing up to watch the game.
