I think he maybe wavering a little just off the initial read of this article. I hope we can keep him in the fold of not we will just have to move on. I wonder if keeping Cam as the OC will affect his decision any.

Cam is not going to be here next year which is probably why he is looking at Florida.

A bleacherreport article by a dude named Sanjay................ seems legit.

wouldn't this be typical recruit thinking?

Saw on 247 that both his recruiters will be goneafter this year. Dude said he would be surprised if he signs here. His primary two recruiters are Cam and BDP.

If cam doesn't stay, we have 0 shot at him

Update, he is waiting to see what happens here, and may honor his commitment, but he defiantely talking to Florida too. So not gone just soft commit.

Soft commit sounds about right. Guaranteed to the dark side, no way. No guarantees period! Miles needs to take control of this personally and sell him back on LSU and not just a coach.

If we lose Frank's, we are so fricked at QB moving forward.

Did Franks' early commitment have anything to do with Shea Patterson de-committing?
Anybody know?

Depends who we get to replace him. If LSU hired Sean Payton I'm pretty sure Franks would be here. Not at all saying this is going to happen just that what you are saying isn't 100% true.

No. Ole Miss hiring his brother had everything to do with it

Harris is progressing fine during his first year. His QB Rating is trending up. His YPA is trending up. His YPG is also trending up. He's only had one SEC game with a Comp% below 60%.

IMO, you lose Cam you lose Franks, but these things will happen. Cam has to go, what you hope for is to hire a hot O.C. that could possibly bring his guy in. For that to happen things need to happen rather quickly.

He was 6-19 against Alabama.
