When did you start hating Bama?

In 1984 my dad made a 100$ wager on the LSU/Bama game with his mentor and notorious Bama fan, Porter Bentley. When our Tigers won the game, did he break out a hundred dollar bill to pay the wager?? No, he put 100$ worth of pennies in a pickle jar and filled it with horse urine and feces in typical Alabama fashion. To this day I can still see my mom cleaning the money off on our patio with the hose because we needed the money.
People that don't understand, ask how you can hate another team so much. It's not Saban, it's not their success, it's not the university, it's not the wins and losses. It's the attitude of the people who support that program. I am Adam, and I hate Alabama since 1984.

I grew up in Memphis in a family full of UT fans. My hatred for Bama started early, and transferred over pretty easily.
Ole Miss and UT used to play more often before the conference split, and the played Memphis most years as well back in the 80s and 90s, so I grew up hating them, too.

Started watching college football in 2001. Alabama was down at that time.
When Alabama started that winning streak in 2005, there was some insane media love for them for a team that did not seem so impressive, and deep inside, I developed a natural hatred for them. Watching them lose the rest of the way was so satisfying.

My first two years of watching football when I was a kid, LSU beat Bama - 1969 and 70. Then we lost in '71.
I hated them then, and the hate has gotten more intense ever since...

I have hated Bama long before most of you were born. Probably before most of your fathers were born. Words can not adequately describe my hatred for Bama.

As long as I can remember. Especially when that hound's-tooth wearing SOB used to come to BR!

1982, Got a new High School Basketall Coach that was a Bear Bryant disciple, his arrogance began my hate. Then later my parents moved to Alabama and I had a chance to experience the magnitude of their entitlement mentality. I hate them a little more each year. I really really hope this is the year we win again. I have to work with several bandwagon/sidewalk gums getting more unbearable each time finish second in our games against them. I really hate them.

1991 in TS. My dad and I went to the game and there was the loudest, trashiest 50-something year old female bama fan with a voice that sounded like sandpaper against asphalt. Didn't shut up the whole first half. In the second half we shut them out 10-0 and she didn't have much to cheer about until Pedro Suarez's game tying FG was blocked. I hated bama fans from that day forward.
