HELP - Best calendar system?

I currently have one secretary and 4 assistant/team members working with me in our department. I'm old-school in the sense that I like to use a paper calendar that I can carry with me.
However, I'd like some calendar where we could all be synced up together. Whether it be on our iPhones or our Gmail accounts, it really doesn't matter too much to me. I would just like to update something in my phone or e-mail and it would update their calendar as well.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a clean, simple calendar I could use?
Thanks!

Google calendar, or Outlook/Exchange.

Me and my two exes and my current gf share a google calendar. It's great for us with email/text reminders and such. It's Free.
Outlook is more robust and professional but you'll need to pay for licenses.

And before you ask, because I can feel it coming:
www.google.com/shared-calendars?

Do I really have to spell this out? Unless you thought ex gf.
I have kids with two ex wives. we've done this for 4 years. It makes life SOOO much easier to manage the hectic schedule. We can see who has kids on weekends/holidays a year out, make plans, adjust plans, see the gynastics/softball/football/theater practices/games/rehearsals.
Jeez I got the willies just imagining life without this handy technology.

I use this for my business. My secretary keeps my calendar on most things but I can input so she can see it too. It's pretty solid
