I'm trying to find a set of stock alloys in the 16 or 17 inch size. 6X5.5 bolt pattern.

I know the OB has some stashed away in a garage or shop.

I'm doing a 4runner build with coilovers and what not and need some wheels to powdercoat black.

I had one guy on CL want to buy 2 of my wheels so him and his buddy could have matching spares for their 4runners.

Those are the trail edition tacoma wheels. Literally the only wheel in the last 20 years that has a stupid offset.

Trying to run 285/75s.

If I get desperate enough I'll grab those, but not for 400 bucks only to have to powdercoat anyways.

As for the 20s, poor things would explode on the first jump.

Bump stiil looking.

Mainly for early sequoia wheels.

Have you checked the local auto salvage yards?

No response from any local yards I emailed.

Almost time to order tires, the seqouia wheels just look better than aftermarket and are very light.

I put the stock FJ40 steelies on my Tacoma, to me they look better than alloys. The FJ steelies have a better offset than stock Tacoma wheels as well.

Yeah, I need a 3.75-4.25 backspace on a 7 inch wide wheel.

The problem is weight.

A set of steelies are 220 bucks... But they weigh closer to 40lbs. Sequoia wheels are a little more and require powdercoat, but they are 15lbs lighter per wheel.

Full suspension or not, these are going on the wife's daily driver. Mileage matters.

You're gonna need to call them....they are junkyards, and the people running them might not have email. I have always found exactly what I needed through that website. Even saved $2100 buying painted body panels after a wreck

I've got a set of Tacoma TRD Off-road wheels in my garage. They'd need to be blasted and coated (they are painted grey and the paint is flaking). How close are you to south AR?

I have a set of alloy rims I could get rid of. When I bought my last set of tires I tried switching to these rims but the tire shop said they wouldn't fit on my tacoma; my hub wouldn't fit through the center hole. They thought the rims came off a Tundra, instead.
