I used to when I was younger and had a stronger stream and healthier bladder. Now the risk of dribbling piss/blood on my expensive khakis is just too high. So I just have a seat and enjoy myself.

Due to an accident involving a horse kicking off my dick, it had to be surgically reattached in such a way that I must perform a grueling handstand on the toilet in order to pee. I have fallen and landed face-first in the toilet water many times.
