I used to when I was younger and had a stronger stream and healthier bladder. Now the risk of dribbling piss/blood on my expensive khakis is just too high. So I just have a seat and enjoy myself.

I use the hole created by the zipper unless I am at the parole and probation office where I am required to pee like a 3 year old with my pants around my ankles and my shirt pulled up.
