re: How can I get rid of armadillos?

I've had issues and cannot shoot them where I live. I've tried traps, but they haven't worked. The last thing I did was put down a castor oil based deterrent and covered the holes with bricks. That seemed to work.

A friend's dad set up a motion sensor in his backyard, that was hooked up to a lamp in his bedroom. He also put his 22 next to the door to the backyard. It sounded like a pretty genius setup, and he said that he got rid of his problem.

Get rid of the grubs that they are eating.
