Again. I know you to be level-headed and I usually come down squarely on the side of most of these "grey area hookups" being just that. Two drunk people fricking and the girl feeling bad about it later. *If she's being truthful* she was blackout drunk and wanted to get away badly enough to wonder into someone else's room, the common living room, and a public hallway buck arse naked.

If you're sober, I absolutely agree. However, if both parties are drunk, then that kind of inhibition goes out the window.

I think you're forgetting the part where the guy is also drunk
who knows? Maybe she came on to him in her blacked out state. He may not even remember because he may be blacked out. So who raped who? No one knows.
But the guy gets his life ruined.

How about don't drink in the first place if you know you don't want to be in that kind of situation. I mean, she didn't have a sudden revelation afterwards, right?
