Forget the computers...

In small print (LSU wins BCS) - so LSU won the small print forgotten computer title...

Congrats on a Commador 64 title. LSU won the Nintendo title.

...while USC was the People's National Champ in all major news magazines and human polls.

USC will take the humans voting them #1.

Humans and AP last forever and have been since 1936.

BCS is already dead bro. AP titles never fade away...BCS titles are a product of money and Slive and ESPN-SEC and those titles are already defunct.

I know where you are coming from and for some guys this is always true. Some coaches mature a bit with time when they see how their welcome wears out (Saban for example) and they learn to enjoy the success and cultivating a life in a single place instead of moving along every 3-5 years.

No class will eclipse 2003 USC class. That class went three years without a loss.

Sam Baker, Reggie Bush, Sedrick Ellis, Lawrence Jackson, Ryan Kalil, Fili Moala, Will Poole, Steve Smith, Terrell Thomas, Chauncey Washington, LenDale White

The Trojans finished 37-2 in the three seasons following the signing of this historically great class, winning the 2003 National Title and the BCS championship in 2004 and losing the title game to Texas in 2005. Bush, Ellis, Jackson and Baker were all first-round picks in the NFL draft, while White, Moala and Thomas all went in the second round. This was Pete Carroll at the height of his recruiting prowess at USC, capitalizing on the breakout success of the 2002 Orange Bowl season and Carson Palmer's Heisman Trophy to build USC back into a behemoth. Yes, Bush's 2005 Heisman ended up getting taken away as the era ended in NCAA scandal, but there's no denying the talent Carroll was able to am

Its a great class but not any better than Miami's 97 or 01 classes or Alabama's 08 class or Oklahoma's 06 class

yeah, that was a solid class. plenty of others made NFL rosters but aren't major contributors anymore.

Nice troll

No one gives a shite about the AP in the BCS/playoff era. LSU is the only recognized champ in '03.

I thought Harbaugh would win 9 games this year, because I had looked at recruiting rankings and knew he would get the best out of one of the best "rated" OLs in the country (Seriously go look at the 2012 and 2013 OL rankings of guys Michigan brought in and find me 5 teams better). I am not sure how much "better" Harbaugh's best teams will be because Hoke brought in top 15 talent to this team and now Harbaugh is molding it (he will get more time in the future with his kids)

Everyone says people get tired of him after 4 years. Do you know what happens to a college kid after 4 years? He graduates and a new kid can be brainwashed. Harbaugh is perfect for college if he gets on peoples nerves after 3-4 years.

that is supposed to be the best classes of the 21st century yet 01 Miami(Kellen Winslow, Sean Taylor, Frank Gore, Antrell Rolle etc) doesn't even make the "just missed" part

I am not sure what you're saying about Michigan's recruiting class. He actually has quite a bit of low ranked players that we as the fans just have to trust him on. Could be a huge boom or bust class IMO.

As far as this season goes, I agree with the earlier Michigan poster that our offense will cost us 1-2 games that our defense keeps us in. While the running game looks improved, Rudock is still very inconsistent. Change some of the mistakes by him and some wrs that were made against Utah and we're ranked in the top 15 right now. I am still not entirely sold on our offensive line, and Utah was able to do some things against our D out of the spread that I think OSU will be able to exploit.

That being said, after watching all three UM, MSU, & OSU play a few games I am much more confident than I was in the beginning of the season about our ability in those games. 8-4 should be our floor this season.

Who cares about recruiting rankings anyways.

I think we can both agree...

Michigan is going to be awesome.

I would be shocked if Harbaugh fails at Michigan.

I think they win 3 National Titles in 5 years.

He's a better coach than Urban...and Michigan is a classier school and will get the better athletes. Michigan really is a first class University. tOSU is akin to Alabama education-wise...which isn't saying much.

tOSU is done after this year.

Agreed. Michigan had their chances in that game too. QB missed some wide open deep balls in that game.

Dude, pump the brakes. Andrew Luck ain't walking through that door. Will Harbaugh find that guy? We'll see, but right now, Urban is the QB whisperer.
