Both are critical talent evaluators and greatly help with the overall game plan each week. You don't know shite about the impact they make in this program.

Ensminger is an asset in recruiting, at least. He has strong relationships with HS coaches all over the state.
Peveto has fielded a disappointing unit here, thus far, that's for sure. He has had excellent ST units here. But, not this year...

They love his scouting ability. He found JDM. He also found some other guys in Texas. He is not on the same level as BDP.
