I was actually surprised at how good it was (granted this was at least 5 years ago). The last time I had it, the portion they offered was significantly smaller than what it was originally, it was still very good tho.

Sammy's on Highland used to make a great CFS every time. The gravy is really good. Now its hit(really good) or miss(too much batter and the steak is burnt to a crisp) Dempsey's is always good if you can catch it on Wednesdays and the gravy is very similar to Sammy's.

Sammy's and Dempsey's everyone else is frozen before it hits the plate..

Frank's Prairieville does a good one IMO, but somebody on here once disagreed with me about it, so who knows.
