Things to do with a big group in New Orleans

What are some things that you guys would suggest to do in New Orleans with a big group of between 20 - 30? Besides restaurants, I would also like some other suggestions. I visit the city at least once or twice a year, but of course I don't know it like a local does.
Sorry, didn't want to post this on the OT.

Riverboat cruise seems like something for a group this size.
Apparently piss breaks at NOLA taproom are in vogue as well.

Yeah, guys and girls. We'll use vans for transportation.

Get a gun and a mask and rob a restaurant. Apparently it is the pastime.

Sounds like you should narrow your search to stay in Jefferson Parish

Take a ghost tour. Cemetary tour. Line up a carriage ride through the quarter for the group. Go on a swamp tour if most are from out of state.
Sign up for a cooking class. Go to the sculpture garden and new orleans museum of art. If the weather is nice, go sit outside at the morning call in city park and have beignets.
See if you can rent a private street car for a ride through uptown. Get daquiries for everyone first.
Have a private party upstairs at one of the venues on Bourbon. Kind of cool for the out of state folks to stand on the balconies with beads to throw and take in the trash that is Bourbon Street.
As someone mentioned before, the jazz riverboat cruise would work. If your group isn't foodies, even the dinner cruise would be nice.
