No doubt, we got our money back on our first meal (Cali Grill). But, we only got Tiw the one year we went three times and had passes.

I think we're going to give the ddp another try since the changes on a short trip we're thinking about next fall. I always hated the lack of flexibility

Exactly... it also helps that TiW includes alcohol... just a little...

Dining plan is just OK, IMO. The value has really declined from when it first debuted. The only way I'll get it now is if it's offered free with vacation package purchases. But even then, if the room discounts at the same time are good enough, I'll take that over the DDP. When it first came out, you got an app, entree and dessert per person WITH gratuity included. THAT was worth it IMO.
