I had no idea that you can read minds via video and know what the cop was feeling.

Irrational feelings--partly due to putting oneself in an unnecessary and compromising position but one that was not overly dangerous--is not justification to shoot somebody in the face.

I love this right here. When one of the members of your murderous club breaks ranks and does the right thing you turn on him like a rabid dog. It's hilarious. As more an more of your fellow thugs are called to account for their behavior I hope to see less ans less of trash like you.

They are paid enforce the law, no matter how minor it may be.
Of course, but that's not what anybody is arguing.

Can you point out in the job manual where it says to make the situation more dangerous or for an initial response of shooting somebody in the face?

Says the guy sitting behind the computer screen deeming the prosecutor's decision--who is doing his job--unnecessary. It's not surprising your trolling self lacks self-awareness.

Haven't followed this one at all, but this....

quote:

According to the tape, the officer asks for the motorist's driver's license and instead is handed a small bottle of booze

...tends to get things started on the wrong foot.

He got shot THEN dragged the officer. Of course, the order of events doesn't matter to your trolling.

Isn't that the wonderful thing about the Justice System. It tries ppl in court based off evidence and not the opinion of pro-police, anti-police, pro-thugPOS, anti-thugPOS etc internet trolls.

However the internet trolls on both sides always provide a good laugh.

I used it as a learning experience. I know firsthand about abuse of power and police falsifying documents. I know firsthand about using a position of power to settle a personal vendetta. So as usual you show yourself to be a low life piece of shite.

The state will not offer him a good plea deal. He's going to prison for a long time.

ETA: Nobody was in any danger, so the cop is fricked.

cop is a POS

fleeing a scene doesn't warrant being shot in the face and you everyone knows it

y'all need to get your head on straight if you think the officer's actions were appropriate

The damn military is not authorized to fire in a time of war unless fired upon. Citizens should not be shot for fleeing for a damn license plate or possession of weed or that matter. Unless the cop has definitive proof that someone raped, murdered or is a serious threat to harm someone then they should not b shooting shite. The dumb arse should have never stuck himself into the car.
