old news and second or third thread, gif doesn't work, and by the way, you can't see his left hand because of the pole.
Dang.
Mulligan, stout?

Dude has his hands up but then reached down quickly before he was shot.

as big of a piece of shite he is, that doesn't warrant a death sentence
Not necessarily saying that. Just from what I've read, he had just committed an act of violence and they tried tasing this guy and using other non lethal forms to bring him down but he wouldn't give in. It's not like they responded and immediately opened fire. I haven't seen the video yet but I hear that a pole obscures some of the action.

Maybe this will be the case when the investigation is complete but the dude is standing there with his hands up ready to surrender. No matter how big of PoS he may have been, it looks like execution by the police more than anything.
Did they not taze or pepper the dude first?

I couldn't tell if his hands went down due to being shot or before he was shot.
If the cops have body cameras that would be very telling

That answers my question.

They were probably tired of catching crap for shooting black people, so they saw this as a gimme.

Hard to tell, but it looks like he reached for his waistband right before being shot

Because white people dont seem to care when cops shoot or abide their authority?

That is where the news decided to stop the video. The linked video doesn't show the last few seconds before he was shot. How can you form an opinion without seeing the entire video?
Posted on 9/1/15 at 9:38 am to MrLarson
there was a link to the complete video

You used 10 seconds of a shitty video to make arguments that are contrary to what really took place. Apologize.

Nothing to see here folks. Just an unfortunate accident no harm no foul.

And yet, people don't seem to understand why civilians have a frick the police attitude these days.
And it's not a race issue either. Too many untrained people wearing badges and packing guns is the issue which makes the job of the good police officers even harder.
Maybe if cops got better pay it would attract better people. Just don't raise my fricking taxes to do it though.

don't weep for this guy, the cops were responding to a domestic dipute and the guy had injured his woman and infant child apparently. he was running around with a knife.
Well. Looks like they feel the same way you do and executed him.
