So instead of Fantasy Football, this year me and my friends decided to do Fantasy(or reality) get ripped. We each had a buy in of $50 and had to get body fat analyzed(bod pod).

We have 90 days to attain the highest possible total of muscle gained and fat lost. Winner gets the buy in. We have a message board set up to report progress, talk smack, etc.

Been pretty fun so far and have actually have had some great results. Would highly recommend this.

Has any OTers ever done anything like this before?

How exactly are fantasy football and this challenge mutually exclusive? Even for a bamatard these two things shouldn't be too much to handle concomitantly.

I would never do this before football season...if I were eating celery sticks and drinking Michelob Ultra on Sundays I would uppercut myself.

Yep, every 4th month we do 1500 minutes of cardio in 30 days, bike or running the only allowed cardio.

We have a community spreadsheet that you have to update everyday. So if you get drunk and blow off the next day (it happens) you have to do 100 minutes just to hold serve. Its not easy.

At the fact that you think you can build any significant amount of muscle and cut in a 90 day window.

I drink way too much beer during football season to be successful at this. Sounds cool for post-season, though.

I actually like this idea. Might try it out when me and the rest of my fat friends get tired of being fat after football seasons. Seems to happen every year.
