Not insecure but using the incorrect terminology is how libs and the media scare the ignorant masses.
Just like calling every gun an "assault rifle" because it has some accessories on it.
If you want to have a serious discussion then you should be prepared to use the correct terminology.

I am not a gun owner, but if you're going to argue for gun control, you damn well better know the terminology and how they work.
