U-Verse Freezes nightly

I know I should just cut the cord 
I am just wondering if anyone else in the BR area is having this issue with ATT.
I had a tech come out today and change out my dvr and modem thinking it would fix the problem.
Almost like clockwork 9:00 roles around and picture on TV starts freezing and internet goes to shite.

Cox... Uverse blows, especially if your hood has old cables. It will take a million service calls and it will never get fixed until they run new copper all over your neighborhood back to the main box.
