Is wet willying someone necessary?
Is someone blaring their terrible music at a gas station necessary? Is someone walking around with their pants around their knees necessary? Are truck nuts necessary? Are yeti stickers necessary?
All could be deemed "offensive". But I just accept that being offended is a part of life and move on.
Unless the dude had ebola I don't think a wet willy is doing any harm.

I agree, but you can't chastise a woman for using the police as a way to punish this guy while applauding others who would just kick his arse. Not every situation involves a victim that would or could go the physical route.
well if you just catch a beating it's not going to follow you around for the rest of your life

This. Do people really think that guy is a crackhead because of that mugshot?
That is a look of deep sorrow and pain.

It's a wet willy. I've had my sister try to bend my finger back for giving her one, but I never realized they were such serious business.

Who, in the history of the earth, has seriously been threatened with a wet willy.
The dumb drunk should have been beat with a purse and that have been the end of it.

So you would be cool if some random fricking guy came up, licked his finger, and shoved it in your kids ear?
frick that.
Some random dude sticks his finger in my kids ear - it's on at that point.

Some of you people and your logic...

Depends on if the kid deserved it.
Nobody "deserves" a wet willy. They just happen.

This is so overplayed on this board and irrelevant.

I just think beating the dudes arse and letting it go would be a better solution than wasting taxpayer money on this crap.

Right, and if the dad had been there, then maybe that happens. But what if said woman goes to beat him with her purse and he beats the shite outta her?
Posted on 8/6/15 at 3:35 pm to RummelTiger
I mean I don't really know how this happened. That would be a bit strange, but I don't think I would lose my shite over it.
I can't wait till I'm an old senile man and no longer accountable for my actions. I'm going to go around giving kids wet Willies and sticking my tongue out at them. Let's see if they arrest me when I shite my diaper.

I don't want to understand why i'm being down voted. The charges may be a little harsh, but he wouldn't be facing them if he hadn't fricked with that kid. If it were your wife and kid I'd bet every guy on this board will want to beat the crap out of him and if they couldn't they would want to see him squirm in the justice sytem.
Cuss his arse out. Take a photo and post to facebook.
You don't need the law for everything.

Aside from the rampant misogyny and the assumption that there is indeed a father in the picture, what would be insufficient about her beating him with a purse or umbrella?
And if he proceeded to beat her up we are talking about a far more serious crime. Apples to oranges.
I just think this is a complete and utter waste of resources.
