Its a tough question and the answer always changes:
Top Secret
The Big Lebowski
Half Baked
Holy Grail
Dumb and Dumber
Dumb and Dumber and Borat are funniest I've seen on the big screen.

Scary Movie 2 is pretty friggin funny. Some of the jokes are a little dated (the basketball dribbling scene from the early 2000s Nike commercials) but if you lived through that era then you should have no problem relating.

Funniest movie I've ever seen is probably Blazing Saddles, but you can't go wrong with any Mel Brooks movie really.
Plenty of other good suggestions. I'll never understand the live for Dumb and Dumber, H&K:EFGB is filled with gut busters.
Hot Tub Time Machine
Top Secret
Hot Shots 1 and 2
Major League
The Burbs
shite man, too many to name. Just scroll through some.

I'm sorry, but Scary Movie 2 is just awful. Look at this "joke" for instance: LINK
All it did was not only rip this joke off, but it brought nothing new to the table and was the exact same fricking joke: LINK
"Honestly, Dude Where's My Car" should have sued them for plagiarism. It was absolute shite.
And yeah, the Charlie's Angel scene, real fricking original: LINK
Really one of the worst movies ever and anyone who likes it is simply an idiot.

Airplane. It's just non stop relentless comedy. I love it.

Apart from most of the movies already put in this thread, which I agree with most on...
I'd like to throw Team America into the mix.

Relax keyboard gangster.
You're taking it a little far calling somebody you don't know an idiot just because you have different taste in movies. That's mature.
Maybe you're not familiar with the concept of a parody or the Scary Movie series in general but they're pretty much meant to rip off every movie in existence. I can assure you the similarities were on purpose.

Not sure what's up on Netflix, but-
Pre-1960s: It Happened One Night, Bringing Up Baby, Mr. Roberts and Some Like it Hot
1960s: The Apartment and Dr. Strangelove
1970s: M*A*S*H, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein
1980s: Airplane!, Stripes, Porky's, Caddyshack, Ghostbusters
Just depends on what you're in the mood for.
If you haven't seen any of the pre-1960s films - I'd recommend any of those, first.

Bachelor Party
quote:
This outrageously funny look at one man's final moments of bachelorhood stars TOM HANKS as Rick, reluctant recipient of a bachelor bash given by a group of friends who view partying as their full-time religion. Rick's worried fiancée, Debbie (TAWNY KITAEN), dresses up in disguise and crashes the party to spy on her future husband. To complicate the night further, Debbies father hires her ex-boyfriend to win back his daughter. It turns out to be an evening the soon-to-be bride and groom will never forget.
