This make me excited for the possibility of Toon finally taking that next step
But this is meaningless.
He's a training camp hero.

Yep, these are the same Toon tweets I see every offseason... just starting a little early this year. :)

Toon won't make the team and Bobby Richardson will end up being a starter this season. You heard it here first

Nick toon is gonna be one of those breakout candidates every year until he is no longer playing ala Adrian Arrignton

Okay I admit it's just training camp and he does tend to be a training camp hero, but Adrian Arrington status that is extreme. Toon had 17 catches last year Arrington and 9 in his entire career.

You never man Arrington may be invited back to training camp and be the receiver we all knew he could be. I'll never give up hope on him.

Hey sic. Add some parenthesis to the title daily. Like (day 1. Breaux/Toon shine. Byrd taking reps.) trying to get a sticky.

All that matters is who on the team is banging striefs ex-wife today?

Hicks and Williams are way too slow. With JG we were able to go 4-3 but I think 3-4 better fits our personel this year.
Cam and Hicks as 3-4 ends with Jenkins at Nose. Anthony and Hawthorne/Ellerbe at ILB with Kikaha and Haralson at OLB.
We really need either another OLB or 4-3 Caliber DE.

Day 1 highlights are up on the Saints website.
Edit: Much better look at some plays mentioned earlier in the thread.
Coleman getting work in.
That Keenan Lewis INT though...

I met her and her friends at a hotel in Tampa where the Saints stay. This was after they were separated so I don't recall why she was still traveling to the away games, but I have to say, she was fine as frick. In a Westbank sort of way, but still fine.

Not that I'm agreeing that it's what we should do, I was just guessing what we would do.
And as it turns out we ran a base 4-3 with Hicks and Jordan as ends, Jenkins and Williams as tackles, and Hawthorne, Ellerbe, and Spencer as the LBs.
Not too worried about that since we'll mostly be in nickel and Spencer will probably get more spot duty than starter minutes, especially when the rooks start coming on.
