Annnnnd that’s what I was afraid of.
I won’t blame USSF if he decides to go with his home country, but I want to know that GGG/USSF are calling him up trying to cap tie him at every opportunity. Make him continuously say no.
I wonder what this means for the nations league in October. Ideally he would’ve been called in to that camp, and we’d cap tie him then.

No link but he is training individually.

Thanks for the information. It seems like he has tried to come back at least once since his surgery, but was having too much pain. I would love to see him play well in both a Leipzig and USMNT uniform.

Looks like Ledezma is gonna go to a Mexico camp soon.
quote:
Report here that the FMF has contacted PSV dual national Richard Ledezma about potentially representing Mexico. The answer was positive, according to the report, and the player is open to coming into a Mexico camp. #eltrieng

Not surprising. Ledezma’s heard zero from US Soccer since the U20 World Cup, and the FMF is on the case. Some combination of Soccer House arrogance, incompetence and laziness making this way more complicated than it needs to be.
