Ya, but since Chile has reached out better to lock him down now just in case.

I would rather give it to someone who has earned it to be honest. I don’t think Soto is in any danger of switching allegiances.

quote:Nah. If he wants to switch because of that, then good luck to him.

Yep, I’m not worried about Soto. One because I don’t see him switching, and two because I don’t view him as a generational talent like I think dest is. I’m all about the USSF doing absolutely everything they can to cap tie dest before he gets more games with Ajax under his belt and his home country comes knocking.
Now if dest decides to wait out the USMNT, and see what’s possible with the Netherlands then I can’t blame him. I just want to know that he’s being called up every chance we get until he does.

Matko Miljevic was called to the US U20s by Tab Ramos, but Argentinos Juniors not releasing him to play. Club has a cup game that conflicts with U20 camp.

Tolkien trained with Leipzig's U19s this week. Not officially a trial, but probably not a bad sign.

D.C. United loaning U-20 intl MF Chris Durkin to Sint-Truiden in Belgium through May. Option to buy. Durkin, 19, wanted the opportunity to go overseas. He will arrive there today. #dcu #mls
Posted on 8/30/19 at 10:17 am to pvilleguru
Details on the loan - loan fee is in the neighborhood of $250,000. Total transfer fee, if Sint-Truiden chooses to purchase his rights, would be around $2.25 million. #DCU
Sint-Truiden have had an eye on Durkin for the past six months and have watched him play, in person, a half-dozen times in that timeframe. If they pull the trigger on the purchase, it would be their biggest-ever incoming transfer. #DCU
