Combination fried rice

I loved the combo fried rice from Opelousas Food Store. They don't make it anymore so I have been wanting to find another good one. Anyone have suggestions on where to go to get some good combo fried rice? It can be in Orleans or Jefferson parish. Thanks.

I stick with pork fried rice. PFR FTW!

We need a better description of the fried rice you're trying to replace, but you might want to try out Young's Fortune on Cleary in Metairie ... between Vets and I-10, right before the I-10 overpass.

No sesame oil or oyster sauce?

I can't really explain it. It has egg, onions, green onions, peas, ham, chicken, beef and maybe other stuff in it. I just know it tasted awesome. I used to live in Algiers point and would order it every week. They haven't been serving it for a couple of years now. I was hoping someone that has tried it could lead me in the right direction. I might swing by there and ask again for the recipe. There chicken kabobs dipped in the sauce were great also.

Just had this in New Orleans on Tuesday with my siblings.
Chinese Kitchen on Carolton between Earhardt and Pontchartrain expressway. Their combo fried rice is incredible as is their hot and sour soup and egg rolls.
Don't let some of the thugs outside dissuade you from going inside and definitely don't diss them when they ask you for a solid quarter when you go by them to enter the restaurant.
It will be worth it, I promise.

The description you gave sounds like what they make at Young's Fortune. It's a "kitchen sink" type, with all kinds of stuff in it.

The absolute best egg rolls I've ever had. Well worth the risk getting through the gauntlet of beggin' bros to get your order.
