Sounds like a case of the swampass. If you showered every now and then, you wouldn't have this problem.

You are going to need to heal the butt hole first. Chaps Stick works best. Then powder around.

I work in paper mills and deal with heat index temps well into the 130's. First off compression shorts/underwear will help. Gold bond spray in the morning, and keep gold bond powder in the truck or lunch box and reapply as necessary. Also wipe your arse good after your coffee dump and then reapply gold bond powder liberally.
