That was bullshite. It sure as hell didn't resemble any other recent exam we've seen. Thanks for keeping it consistent guys

Which subjects were tested today? I took it under the old format.

Wednesday is Torts, LA Civ Pro, and business entities

Friday is Con Law, Crim/Crim Pro/Evidence, and Fed Civ Pro

Code 1, 2, and 3 is tested on the first day. I've gotten phone calls from people that said it was a beast.

That is pretty dirty.

And trusts, don't forget trusts. Code I wasn't bad. Code II and III sucked dick. The new code 2 examiner was out for blood and code 3 examiner decided he would just flip to the pledge articles and pick some shite to test.

my favorite question was "bob made many mortis causa donations during his lifetime." you basically had to answer the question twice to insure you answered the question they meant to ask.
