Every million dollar that LSU gives back to LSU above what Bama gives back to Bama equals 1 point in the ball game.
So if Bama doesn't give back anything to Bama then LSU starts out with a 10 point lead.

OK, I will be the contrarian here. Aleva should concentrate on winning the athletics arms race. It is Jindal's job to see to it that higher education is properly funded.

Athletics is an arms race in the SEC. If Athletics keeps giving such large donations can they keep up or stay middle of the pack in terms of facilities?
Maybe with a new governor, higher education will be properly funded and allowed to prosper again.
