I got a rat terrier a few years ago from some friends that were moving. Supposedly it had seizures and they gave me some medicine it had to take. fricking barbiturates. They really zonked the dog out. When the medicine ran out, I just watched her closely. Turned out she was just dreaming, not having seizures at all. She lived several more thriving and healthy years before I had to put her down due to old age.
Dogs will bark, run, dig and do all kinds of other shite in their sleep.

My gf has a golden when she sleeps she moans, makes funny noises also but the way the OP described his dog seems like a seizure. My next door neighbor has an adopted greyhound and he has seizures. He convulses then when he stops he is lathargic and hardly responds until like 20-30 mins later. He is on some type of medicine now also.

Boxer. Just turned 8. No leg issues I have seen. He's been pacing for the past 7-8 minutes. He is so weirded out by it
Take him to the vet. Possibly a tumor causing the seizures

Were you scratching his belly at the time?
Seriously though, my border collie used to have seizuers. Granted every dog's seizures may be different, but she never kicked or anything like that. She just kind of balled up and shook. She was in a daze and had no clue what was going on for several minutes after.

You probably need to shoot him.

I hope you got an extended warranty for him. You might have to take him back.

Hi. My dog is doing the same with the leg kick. Did you ever find the reason?

Boxers are weird
Mine paces when she’s in pain or scared of something
Is he panting? Trembling? The vet told me those are signs that they are in pain.
If it happens again try to video it to show the vet
Also, if you decide to go to ER Vet I recommend LSU
Good luck

I believe you’re bullying the dog.
“Why are you kicking yourself? Why are you kicking yourself?”

Kind of what I was thinking - something like air from the heater was stimulating that spot.
