I come here every day looking for new information and good conversation I we have this at the top. (doesn't help that I bumped it.) But I had to sound off.

Great post. Amid all the shite we give him, I would be willing to bet every one of us value the info and appreciate his posting. It's in the delivery that is rubbing guys wrong. Like my daddy used to say "It's not what you say, son, it's how you say it that'll piss people off."
