Is the Premier League an option? “No. No. I’ve been playing with Bayern since [I was] 14, so Bayern is my club. All my friends and family are there in Munich, and that’s very important for me, and I’m looking forward to see them all again and that’s the most important thing.”

Has he spoken to the club? “No, [but] the plan is just to come back to Bayern and then we can talk.”

It's a little worrying that he doesn't even want to consider the EPL. He needs to come off his high horse a little.

how about SPL, since its crap

He's just a kid. I wouldn't want to live in another country than my friends and family either

Meh its a typical German line of thinking, esp one who has come up through the Bayern ranks.

Needs to quit being shite.
Quickly on his way to being the next Adu that happens to have a WC goal.

A club like HSV was an awful place for him to go for many reasons.

He just needs to play. Nothing that I've seen from him looks like "shite." He looks like an undersized, unconfident kid when he's playing in full internationals, because it's a level above his head right now.
It's no use trying to assign any value to him (good or bad) until he's playing somewhere regularly.

Yeah well....the Germans seem to do OK in soccer, ESPECIALLY Bayern Munich...lol

admittedly I don't know shite about the Bundesliga but talent should prevail with him.

Could you be more superficial in your analysis?

Except it's not.
A young prodigy, who makes a splash at an international tournament, picked up by a big club where they don't get any playing time.
Yeah, no similarities there.

By all accounts, Green was impressive in the Toulon Tournament. He was playing with our U-23s because he was ineligible for the U-20 WC since he had already played for the Germany U-20 team.

Green is now a pro. Zelalem is still a youth player. Difference. Adu was a star through every youth level up through U-23, but his club career never took off. He is only 26 and already seen as a bust. If Green doesn't get his club situation off the ground soon, there will be comparisons. The difference is that Green can drastically change his path by getting a good stable club situation.
If you don't see the similarities, I can't help you, because they are there.
