Friday Night Lights season two (spoilers)

I started rewatching Friday Night Lights for 5th time. While watching season two, I started wondering who the worst possible person was.
Each character was pretty much a bad person throughout the season except for Eric Taylor.

Season two was bad. That was the year of the writers strike, I believe, but I'm pretty sure the writers phoned that whole season in.
