They only have 22 teams, which I guess would be 22/28

It does seem very Seattle-centric, with the multiple shirts, beast mode, and non-pink unis.
Jets, Giants, and 1/2 patriots shirts are not historically accurate.

Tecmo Bowl only had 12 teams
