I know that when we make it to Omaha, that our side of the bracket would begin play on Sunday, 6/14. Is there any way to know if we would play the early or late game? Is it done by seeding?

The cart got there on Saturday.

Why would somebody put the cart before the horse?

When will the schedule be announced for the teams that make the CWS?

The eight teams that qualify for the CWS play the Super Regional round on June 5-8. Once the eight teams have been decided, the NCAA determines the day each bracket will play. The schedule is typically announced on NCAA.com/CWS on Monday night, June 8 or early Tuesday, June 9.

The whole right side (LSU side) of the bracket plays Super Regionals on Sat - Mon, so it is "logical and reasonable" to assume that part of the bracket will begin CWS play on Sunday, June 14. (edited by OP).

On second thought, we learned about NCAA logic from Joe Alleva.

Just a guess, but if TV attractiveness and markets come into play, Vandy (defending champ) vs. Fullerton/Louisville is a more attractive national match-up than a regional game of LSU vs. TCU/A&M. That being said, the TV gods would opt to put LSU in the 2:00 slot.
