Original Thread
Long story short... We were admitted into the hospital 2 years ago. My daughter, only 25 weeks gestational, was coming very early. Like the original post says, the outlook was grim. We stayed in the hospital for 10 more days, delaying the birth as long as possible. She would be born on the 11th. I saw her code twice. The second time was the worst. They rushed me out of the NICU and I saw all hands sprint to her incubator. They had to immediately shove chest tubes in her and force her to breath. Needless to say it was the roughest thing I have ever gone through. She spent 105 days in the NICU, and on a heart monitor and oxygen for the first year. FF 2 years and she's nearly 24 pounds and doin great. Still has trouble with solid foods because of her aversion due to the numerous tubes that were down her throat. BUT... Her lungs are normal. Her intelligence is higher than mine lol. And she's the sweetest little girl ever. Thanks OT for the original prayers. I say some off the wall shite on here sometimes, but you guys came through when needed. Ok that's it (tl;dr) now go frick yourselves!!

Great news and it brought a tear to my eye. Being a dad will do that.
