Credit Score Milestones

According to creditkarma, I broke 800 today. Other than bragging rights, I don't think it does anything for me, but it feels cool. I don't think I've ever been more angry/embarrassed about a financial situation than when I was declined for a $500 credit card in college because I had no credit history. I set out to build my credit and in less than 10 years, I have joined the 800+ club.
I won't even deny that this is a brag thread, but I can't do it in real life and I feel a need to share this info. Please feel free to brag with me.

Credit karma is not accurate.......pull your official FICO score if you want to know the truth. Creditkarma can be off as much as 40 pts.

Is the credit score that mint posts accurate? Just got mint about a month ago

Not accurate...
Good job being that close nonetheless. Go to equifax and do your "Score Power". That will give you your true score. Takes into account all three companies.
I haven't done mine in a while, but the ones sent from Discover, Cap One, and a recent car purchase, I know I'm in a good place

creditkarma has been +/- 5 points the last two times I had my FICO pulled. It was at 795 in February, so I'm pretty sure it's good. I've also confirmed through my CC account. creditkarma is showing 803 and my CC report is at 801.
Buncha Debbie downers in here.

I have taken exactly 2 loans in my entire life and have never paid a nickle of interest on a credit card. In the last 5 years I have grown my net worth from basically $0 to a six figure amount. I think I am doing fine.

Geez, don't get your panties in a wad... We're just telling you the truth. KC scores can be as much as 40pts off. If you want a truly accurate score, pay to have your FICO pulled.
If you're good with an approximate range, then use KC and any reports provided by your CC company to hone in on where you likely are.

You being honest? I've always heard that number was impossible unless you are specifically taking steps to get that high. Not just paying bills on time....
Just an insane score....
