I have my neighbor across the street driving these remote control cars. They are loud and keep waking up my twins. I asked him not to drive them after 7. He was rude and said the road is public place and he can drive it all night long. What would u guys do?

after 7...? HA. Maybe after 10 would be reasonable. Can you elaborate on loud?

An adult told you this? If so, payback will be so sweet.

I would play chicken with my vehicle against his RCs.

I highly doubt it's legal to drive those cars on public roads.

Noise ordinances usually begin around 10:30 pm.

Drive your car over his remote one, then repeat back what he said to you about the road being a public place.

Not his fault you have twins. Expecting people to shut down their lives at 7 oclock because parenting is hard is ridiculous. I'd say after 9 or 10 would be acceptable.

Did you seriously ask a grown man to not make any noise on a public street after 7pm during the summer?

Yeah, you should just go ahead and move now.

Dress in all black and run and get it and vanish into the night. Legally they can't prove its you.
