I don't go to OG very much, but the times I've went the food was pretty tasty. I realize that some their customers lack the social skills to be allowed out in public, but I think OG gets a bad rap on here just because that's the way sheep are trained to react. The food ain't bad at all.

she has bad taste in Italian food. Two years ago I was in the same boat with the kids. It was their favorite Italian place too.
The only plus side is it's very cheap. Though all the food tastes like frozen meals.
The best thing may be the tour of italy or the pasta with the filet medallions.
Why not bring her to a real Italian restaurant? IMO people only favor the chains with the premade meals when they haven't sampled enough options.

Good point
Looking back, I was the kid who wanted to eat at Olive Garden, Chili's, etc but the food was just average
Unless they have very simple tastes, a person isn't likely to revert back to chains once they experience good places to eat

I know how it comes off. Olive Garden is bottom tier, the only worse Italian is Andrea's.
If Olive Garden is your favorite restaurant, I feel in my opinion that the person making that claim has poor taste in good food.
